What part of the Second Amendment does Obama, Reid, Pelosi, and Senator Feinstein [CA] not understand? Is it that the People have the RIGHT to bear arms or shall NOT BE INFRINGED? Of course, they are all Socialists and are just following their program. UNDER SOME PRETENSE, CAUSE ALL GUNS TO BE REGISTERED WITH THE EVENTUAL IDEA OF CONFISCATION!!! That is the Communist objective!!!
Obama has made it clear that he will use Executive Orders or his power as president to by-pass Congress on any matter that he cannot get passed by Congress. The question becomes: Does none call it treason? Why hasn’t the Senate started Impeachment exercises for his Unconstitutional behavior?
It is obvious that an uprising is taking place in America equal to that of 1776. When our nation was founded, the problem was “taxation without representation.” Today, it is about the preservation our constitutional Rights to keep and bear arms. The Founding Fathers did not add this to the Constitution on a whim! They had experienced firsthand the mightiest empire on earth becoming tyrannical toward the people.
Our Founders would not tolerate tyranny any longer. It seems a sleeping giant is arising in the silent American people who love God, the Constitution, and Bill of Rights. The people are buying arms at overwhelming speeds. Meanwhile, departments of the federal government have placed orders for 7,000 AR-15s and the accompanying rounds of ammunition! Why? Why has the feds been buying extreme amounts of body bags? Why have the feds been remodeling former army bases for “civilian” prison camps? Why have the feds launched drones to spy on Americans?
The answer is easy if you have ever studied the Communist Plan to take America!!! America’s overthrow is to be from within and without! Communist were to surround the United States with Communist nations. They would be a military threat from without. North Korea has developed a nuclear arsenal that could obliterate the United States. This was announced in January 2013.
One of the former Soviet Union’s leaders said that America would wake up one day and have Socialism and not know how it happened. For years, infiltration in SECRET has been taking place. Today, approximately 110 Socialist/Communist walk the halls of Congress, and a president also. They had been DISMANTLING the Constitution and Bill of Rights little-by-little, but now they are going full speed ahead to destroy our 2nd Amendment Rights to keep and bear arms.
Has a resistance risen among the people? The County Sheriff is the greatest power to protect people within his county. He is elected BY THE PEOPLE. The local FOX affiliate in Salt Lake City, Utah, has reported that the Utah Sheriff’s Association has written a strongly worded letter to President Obama regarding any potential federal laws that would restrict the citizens of the State of Utah from practicing their Second Amendment rights. The letter was signed by EVERY sheriff in the State of Utah except one. The letter in part said: “…We respect the Office of the President of the United States of America. But, make no mistake, as the duly-elected sheriffs of our respective counties, we will enforce the rights guaranteed to our citizens by the Constitution. No federal official will be permitted to descend upon our constituents and take from them what the Bill of Rights – in particular Amendment II – has given them. We, like you, swore a solemn oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and we are PREPARED TO TRADE OUR LIVES FOR THE PRESERVATION OF ITS TRADITIONAL INTERPRETATION.” Utah Representative Brian Greene, R-Pleasant Grove, has introduced legislation that asserts State power over federal power regarding gun control. Rep. Greene’s bill “would go so far as to allow local police the authority to arrest federal agents should they try to seize any firearms.”
Save America Foundation reports: Texas, Florida, S. Carolina, Missouri, Indiana, Tennessee, Oklahoma, N. Dakota, New Mexico, Arizona, Alaska and Wyoming have proposed legislation to jail federal agents who violate the Second Amendment or to nullify federal laws to control guns within state borders.
